本機主要用于化工、醫(yī)藥(中醫(yī)藥)、食品、香料、樹脂粉體、涂粉等弱電性物質(zhì)及耐高溫物質(zhì)。

工作原理WORKING PRINCIPLE

本機組利用活動齒盤間的相對運動，使物料經(jīng)齒盤沖擊、磨擦及物料彼此間沖擊而獲得粉碎。粉碎好的物料經(jīng)旋轉(zhuǎn)離心力的作用，自動進入捕集袋，粉塵由吸塵箱經(jīng)布袋過濾回收。該機按“GMP”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計，全部用不銹鋼材料制造，生產(chǎn)過程中無粉塵飛揚。且能提高物料的利用率，降低企業(yè)成本，目前已達到水平。

本機采用了風(fēng)輪式高速旋轉(zhuǎn)刀，定刀進行沖擊、剪切、研磨、不但粉碎效果好，而且粉碎時機腔內(nèi)產(chǎn)生了強力的氣流，把粉碎室的熱量和成品一起從篩網(wǎng)流出，粉碎細度可更換篩網(wǎng)來決定。

It not only has a good pulverizing effect, but also generates a strong air flow in the machine cavity when pulverizing, and the heat of the crushing chamber and the finished product flow out from the screen together.
